Positive: This is a cozy, cabin-style property in a rustic village in a beautiful part of Japan. The bedrooms were warm and cozy, the upstairs one required climbing a steep stair. Both adults and our children aged 6-12 loved the place and enjoyed its charm. The cabin has a wifi, modern Japanese toilets with heated seats and a small kitchen on a terrace. The village has onsen nearby and the water in the property was among the best in the world. The host is incredibly generous and fantastic guide with good English. He made our stay truly memorable and showed us some hidden gems around. Definitely recommended for people looking to experience the rustic side of Japan.
